Data Mulch totally destroys data by applying a Rare Earth Degausser (on the NSA & DoD approved lists) which completely eradicates hard drives, backup & video tapes. Includes Longitudinal & Perpendicular files. [i.e., older and newer drives] Hard Drives are rendered unusable.

Hard drives are crushed/cracked after magnetic destruction. We will physically alter the drives per NSA/DoD guideline. Data Mulch’s energy-free approach is in compliance with National Security Agency (NSA) and Department of Defense degaussing requirements. Accommodated tape formats include VHS, S-VHS, 1/2” (type 3480), DLT, LTO, QIC, DAT, 8mm, TRAVAN, and AIT. (Meets NSA/CSS 02-04 Standards)
